Olivia Liu founded Converra Mortgage with a strong professional background in finance, credit analysis, and technology. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics and has extensive experience as a financial and business credit analyst, where she specialized in evaluating financial performance and assessing credit risk for corporate clients.

She later worked as an application developer at one of the nation’s largest property data providers, serving major mortgage lenders. In that role, she developed internal workflow applications and supported appraisal management systems and property data integrations used in the mortgage underwriting process. This experience gave her direct insight into how mortgage transactions operate behind the scenes — from financial analysis to property valuation and operational workflows.

With this cross-disciplinary foundation, Olivia approaches each file with thoughtful organization, careful review, and steady follow-through. She believes borrowers deserve clear communication and transparency throughout the lending process, and she works to ensure every step is handled with professionalism and attention to detail.

Olivia is approachable, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure. She enjoys working through complex financial scenarios and helping clients move forward with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano, cooking, spending time outdoors, and sharing life with her dog and family — bringing the same balance of focus and warmth into her professional work.
